Overview:
Security Bank & Trust Co. is looking for a Senior Vice President – Chief Lending Officer to manage our lending department.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation and execution of SBTC’s lending programs and products, including management of all Business Development and Lending Officers. Agricultural lending experience is required. Candidates will be accountable for overall portfolio growth, quality, and risk management by participating with credit analysts, loan admins and lenders in portfolio monitoring and reporting to include geographic risk, borrower risk, product risk and overall portfolio risk.
Requirements:
• 10+ Years of related experience or training
• Strong and effective written and oral
communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
