Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Teller)
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Teller) for our Hamel location for 27-30 hours a week and some Saturdays (8:30-Noon). Schedules vary so candidates must have a flexible schedule.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient processing of customer bank transactions, handling cash, issuing negotiable instruments, cross-selling other bank accounts, online banking, respond to telephone requests and assist customers in resolving issues or concerns with their accounts, and other duties as assigned.
Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, be able to deliver a high degree of accuracy, be able to multi task, and have a desire to work in a team environment. Must also have strong verbal and written communications skills.
High school diploma , equivalent or college degree
One year of Teller/Customer Service experience or two year cashiers experience
Previous banking experience is preferred, but would consider a candidate with strong customer service skills.
